1. What special arrangements will the conference make in case of bad weather?

· If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued at or after 6:30am on the day of the event, all activities/classes scheduled that morning will be cancelled.

· If the Typhoon Signal No. 8 is discontinued or the Black Rainstorm Signal is cancelled at or before 11:30am on the day of the event, the afternoon activities/classes will resume. Otherwise, the afternoon activities/classes will continue to be cancelled.

· The organizer will inform the participants of the specific arrangements of the course in due course.

The conference will not provide parking spaces or any transportation arrangements for participants.
· The attendance requirements for the special lectures and workshops are “100%” and “75%” respectively. Participants must pass the attendance requirements to obtain the “Attendance Certificate” issued by the organizer, and the relevant “Professional Development Hours” will also be recognized by the Education Bureau.
Participants who are late for more than 30 minutes or leave early without prior consent from the organizer will not be counted in the attendance record.
· No. The organizers encourage teachers to attend the event as much as possible.
The registration system will send an email to all registered primary and secondary school physical education teachers. Applicants can check the application results through their email accounts on the Teachers’ Electronic Services Portal.
